  • Condition: Items must be returned in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Receipt: You must include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refund Process:

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  3. Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging and return it to us using the provided return label.
  4. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
